Will it sound like a robot to my patients?

What happens if a caller asks a medical question?

The assistant never gives medical advice, full stop. Clinical questions become a booked consultation or a message to your team, anything urgent is signposted to 999 or 111 and flagged to you immediately, and you get a transcript of every call.

Does it actually book into my diary?

Yes, real bookings, not messages about bookings. It checks your actual calendar, offers real slots with the right practitioner, books the appointment there and then, and the patient's confirmation text arrives before they've put the phone down.

What do the text messages do?

Three jobs. Anyone whose call slips through gets an instant text back with a booking link. Every booking gets a confirmation text. And warm enquiries get polite follow ups until they book, which stop the moment someone replies STOP. That follow up is where most of the recovered revenue comes from.

Do I have to change my phone system?
